Don Knotts and Darin Mcgavin...

....well we lost a couple gems over the weekend, "Barney Fife" and "Kolchack, The Night Stalker" And of course Mcgavin also known as the Dad in the best Christmas movie ever "A Christmas Story"
My favorite Andy Griffith episode has to be "The Count Vandalecky" episode. An absolute riot. The world is truly a lesser place without these two. Thanks for making me laugh guys, and some great memories growing up!

Sun Temple Found:
I'm really into this kind of stuff, I just think it's very interesting, probably pretty boring for most of you though. (Too bad, it's my site!)
; )

Wait a minute, how can this be....another new species found...huh...I thought us evil humans had killed everything!

Fortunately for you Mr. Bentley, the writer and creator of this blog site does not reside in Iowa City anymore. The only thing that would have been decided is where they'd be burying your *ss. Yeah, I'd go to jail...but I could live with that knowing this puke is not on the Earth anymore.
This is why we need the death penalty people, for pukes like this. This makes me sick to my stomach every time I read about it, I'm glad he got the life sentences....but that's not enough. I'm told there is a type of "code of honor" in the big house when it comes to guys like this
Good riddance, Bentley.

Well, our beloved black and gold thru up another stinker against Illinois Saturday night, but it was all good as two of my best buddies came down for the weekend and stayed with us. We saw a good band Friday night, and then went and watched the game Saturday night.

Believe it or not we have our first softball tourney down here this coming weekend, it's hard to believe the difference in the weather just a couple hundred miles south of ole' Iowa City. I'm luvin' it....supposed to be pushing 70 all week in K C and maybe even 80 on Wed!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Anyhow, that's it for today folks. (I'm still recovering from the weekend)
PLEASE support our troops, remember they do what they do, so we can do what we do.
Bless the U S A!
