Okay....this is coming from someone who "overheard a conversation"

I'll give you that.....but believe it or not there is a "movement" right now as we speak to end conservative talk radio....Limbaugh, Hannity, Savage.

There is absolutely no way it would ever happen.....but don't you see......don't you see how dangerous these people are.....telling us what and who we can listen to.

This is EXACTLY how facist governments get started....limiting your choices, taking your freedoms little by little...I'm tellin you guys....we better wake the hell up.

Anyway.....been really busy....I know I've been slacking on my duties as your blog master....

We have a new hard wood floor going in the kitchen as I write this and a new deck being built in the next couple weeks....so the ole' blog may suffer a tad for awhile here....

But never fear "Stuff about Stuffers" they may be short and sweet for a couple weeks...but I'll be back to the "normal lengths" at that time!

TOP 10 KILLERS OF MEN

Hey everybody, I saw this on the 'net from the Mayo Clinic (wich I have been to)

and I thought it may be helpful.

One thing I did notice was that almost EVERY SINGLE one of them lists "DON'T SMOKE"

as a way to help prevent these.

HEART DISEASE

CANCER

STROKE

CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

And the list goes on....

After seeing what smoking has done to 3 of my freinds over the last six years, I would urge you to do everything you can to get anyone you know who smokes to quit.

It's disgusting, it stinks, and is expensive.

And believe me, I'm not trying to "cast the first stone" here......because I know I drink too much beer.

On the other hand, beer isn't going to rot me from the inside out.

(come on, I don't drink that much..usually)

Well anyway, I'll get off my soap box.....

Suspect Arrested for Kidnapping and Murdering Kansas Teen Kelsey Smith

A couple things about this story:

First of all, you wouldn't believe how fast the community down here mobilized to find her. Within a day they had flyers up, a website, several hundred volunteers looking for her, and t-shirts printed, it was really amazing.

Unfortunately it takes something like this for people to forget whatever differences they may have with one another and come together as unified entity for one cause.

Number two:

Yeah, you know what's coming here......kill this guy, hang him from the highest tree, pole, or cliff side you can find. This crap has to stop! Obviously what we're doing isn't working, rehab, second chances, whatever.

All you ultra liberals out there who think all that feel good stuff works...guess what... you're wrong....again!

We need to send a clear, in no uncertain terms message, you kill somebody you will be executed, period.

That's the only way to stop this bull*hit.

Maybe if this guy they arrested for it, KNEW FOR SURE in no uncertain terms he would die for kidnapping and murdering her, he would've thought for just a second about it, and that might've been enough. Just maybe.

But isn't that better than the alternative, after the fact?

If enacting the death penalty everywhere saves ONE young person, or any person for that matter, isn't it worth it?

Even JUST ONE.

That one could be your daughter, wife, husband, neighbor, son, best freind.
