The people of North Korea are dirt poor as it is. All this will do is hurt them more....if that's even possible.
How about this.....we "sanction" a B-2 stealth bomber out of Whiteman Air Force base here in Missouri to their nuclear plant, and blow it the hell up? Period. Game over. Done.
