Parent drops appeal of Iowa City busing decision
To sum, parent's daughter was denied bus service at the start of the school year. That decision was appealed. Parent hires lawyer. When the district learned that the parent hired a lawyer, suddenly the daughter can now get a bus ride to school.
Can you say, "Quid Pro Quo?" I think you can.....
